The Tampa Bay region is no stranger to huge food festivals. The Cuban Sandwich Festival, the Taste of Latino Festival, and the Largest Dessert Fest have all graced the city in 2021. The 12th installment in an event titled “The World’s Largest Food Truck Rally” is set for the Tampa Premium Outlets this Halloween weekend (October 30-31).
The largest traveling gourmet food truck event on earth, and holder of the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD of Largest Parade of Food Trucks , touches down in Tampa Bay again. But this go-around, the rally has partnered with another local festival.

Largest Food Truck Rally partnering with Fall Festival
The Largest Food Truck Rally is teaming up with Florida Penguin Promotions and their Wesley Chapel Fall Festival. They’ll have a massive Trunk or Treat with thousands of kids, and over 50 local businesses passing out free candy, costume contests, a fall pageant for kids, live entertainment, community performances, sponsored contests and giveaways, and more family-friendly fun.
This event raises funds for the North Tampa Bay Chamber. They will also have alcoholic drinks for adults, and plenty of kids games and activities in the kids zone, and a market with more than 60vendors.
