Long live Xtreme Tacos! The spot for huge portions has soft opened its new SoHo location just in time for Taco Day, which is October 4 for those who are curious.
Xtreme Tacos took their show on the road with a food truck after leaving their original location at 310 Waters Avenue, which they originally opened in early 2017.

Rabid fans of their menu have been able to enjoy the shop’s ‘Xtreme’ delicacies at pop up events all over the Tampa Bay region. But a brick and mortar location is just what the doctor ordered for those who can’t always keep up with the mobile food game.
Located at 223 S. Howard Avenue, Xtreme Tacos will be open Tuesday through Sunday, from 11am-10pm.
If you taste nothing else, dig into the Tijuana Tacos with Carnitas. These crispy delights feature slow-cooked and seasoned shredded pork, topped with cilantro and onions and finished off with some freshly squeezed lime juice.
The grouper fish, fried in beer tempura batter, are revelatory, too. You can get the fish blackened, as well, if that’s your preference.
Xtreme Tacos 14+-inch burritos aren’t for the feint of heart. For the truly famished, or for those with the munchies, you have to attempt the Stoner Burrito.
It’s over a foot and a half long! Stuffed with choice of meat, rice, beans, french fries, thinly shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and fresh mozzarella.
Follow Xtreme Tacos on their website, Facebook and Instagram for updates on the grand opening.
