X Tampa, a 303-unit rent-by-bed development, coming to Downtown Tampa

X Tampa, an anticipated residential tower in the heart of Downtown Tampa has just released a new promo video detailing what to expect once the project is complete.

X Tampa will of course feature ample living space for new and current residents of Tampa. In addition to apartments, the development will also offer 18,760-square-feet of co-working space, a dedicated fitness center, more than 6,000-square-feet for restaurant/retail on the ground floor, plus a pool deck and sunbathing area.

The property at 701 N Florida Avenue also offers a 5,700 square foot adaptive reuse church venue.

X Social Communities is a bit different than your average apartment building. The concepts are designed to bring all X residents together. The developers behind X create myriad events at their buildings to bring all tenants together on a more frequent basis.

X Tampa will also offer a rent-by-bedroom program. That means you rent your own room within a suite with a few other residents. Each roommate signs their own lease, and shares a fully furnished common area.

This type of setup is ideal for someone renting on budget, who might also be looking to make a few new friends in a new city.
