You can never have too much BBQ — and the city of Tampa is about to get a new pit master courtesy of Wicked Oak BBQ. The concept has been serving up smoked meats in the city of Tampa for a while now, but the owners are ready to debut a new brick and mortar right next door to King of the Coop at 6607 N Florida Avenue.

Wicked Oak is renowned for its slow smoked pulled pork, smoked sausage, and 813 wings served with guava BBQ sauce. The debut of the brick and mortar location is a longtime coming, and an opening date has officially been set.
