Tom Segura: Take It Down Tour
Actor/comedian/writer Tom Segura has quickly become one of Hollywood’s most in demand and highly regarded talents. He is best known for his three Netflix specials, Disgraceful (2018), Mostly Stories (2016), and Completely Normal (2014). Additionally, his hit podcast Your Mom’s House which he co-hosts with his wife, comedian Christina Pazsitzky, was a finalist for Best Comedy Podcast at the Stitcher Awards and profiled by VICE.

Hamilton
This is the last weekend of Hamilton performances in Tampa! This musical sings and raps through the life story of founding father Alexander Hamilton. The performance incorporates a variety of music styles and color-conscious casting of characters. Gasparilla Music Festival
This festival celebrates the best of Tampa Bay’s diverse music scene, highlighting local emerging acts and nationally recognized headliners. The 6th annual festival will host over 40 fun and eclectic acts with two full days of music across four stages. The lineup also features many of Tampa’s best eateries including The Refinery, Malio’s Steakhouse, Ella’s Folk Art Cafe and more. Sing-Along Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)
Based on the true story of world-famous rock band Queen’s journey from their humble beginnings to their now-legendary 1985 performance at the Live Aid concert in Wembley Stadium, Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. The film will be presented in a form you may not have experienced yet: as a sing-along! All of the seminal songs of Queen will be shown with lyrics, and you’re encouraged to belt them out right along with the movie.

Tampa Fossil Fest
This event features the best displays of fossils, minerals, gems, artifacts shells, and paleo workshops. This is a great way to learn about Florida’s prehistoric past. Experienced collectors will teach you how to find, identify, and preserve fossil treasures of your very own. All workshops are free to attendees.

CatVideoFest 2019
A curated compilation reel of the latest, best cat videos culled from countless hours of unique submissions and sourced animations, music videos, and, of course, classic internet meme powerhouses. You’ll see favorites you love and be introduced to new favorites that you’ve never seen before. And for the first time ever, you’ll be seeing them in a movie theatre. Best of all, Tampa Theatre will be donating 10% of ticket proceeds to kitties in need at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. It’s the feel-good feline event of the year!
