Imagination Gala
Experience a vibrant, interactive party held to support the Glazer Children’s Museum as it continues to move onward, upward, and outward to serve Tampa Bay’s littlest learners and leaders. The 16th Annual Imagination Gala supports the Museum’s mission to create a learning laboratory where children play, discover, and connect with the world around them to develop as lifelong learners and leaders. Saturday, September 8

Yoga in the Wild presented by Sprouts
Strengthen and rejuvenate at Yoga in the Wild! Every month, practice will be held in a new exciting location within the Zoo featuring different animal mingles and enrichment. This September, you can pranayama with the Painted dogs and ommm with okapi in Ituri Forest! Pose for a purpose as every ticket helps the Zoo care for animals both locally and globally. 8:30am. Entry is $35 for Non-Members and $15 for Members – both include Zoo admission.

Cars, Coffee, and Karting
As always, this is a FREE EVENT. The first 100 show cars receive a free membership to the go kart track, 1 free race, 1 free Kahwa coffee, and a free pastry! All varieties of cars, jeeps, trucks, and motorcycles are welcome and wanted! 8-10am.

Every Summer Has A Story VI (The Heights Block Party)
2018 is the 6th annual installment of Every Summer Has A Story and the 51st anniversary of the Summer of Love this year we revisit that special summer of ‘67’ specifically channeling Cupid’s Memoirs. A time when people of all ages came together to reject consumerist values, oppose war, demand more of their country and many simply to appreciate art, music and poetry. With so many parallels to today’s modern time we took to Cupids historical account to get a better understanding of where we were and where we are headed. 2-7pm.

Join Spanish at Last Comic Stranded Competition: Round 2
For the 3rd year in a row, Side Splitters Comedy Club is host to The Mike Calta Show’s Last Comic Stranded Competition. The winner of this competition will get to perform on Calta Cruise 12 on the way to Cozumel! Spanish from The Mike Calta Show will be hosting and the hilarious Steve Miller will be closing this show out while we tabulate the votes. Tonight’s competitors: CJ Hernandez, Elijah Hernandez, Jander Gray, Jeff Klein, JJ Curry, Kevin Taylor, Kyle Neely, Christina Ali, Ricky Hicken, and Tara Zimmerman. 5-8pm. Tickets are $15. 18+.

Hip HOP Yoga at 81BAY
CAMP Tampa is back at 81Bay Brewing Company again and this time we will be raising funds for on bikes. Jamie will lead this all-levels flow class while DJ Dempsy aligns the hip hop tunes. After class, stick around for Sunday Funday with brunch from Doughbie Brothers Pizza Co and $15 bottomless mimosas from 12pm-4pm.

Live Music: Geri X (Duo)
Geri X is a best of the bay award winning songwriter, guitarist, and lyricist. Bulgarian born, but relocated to the Bay Area, Geri has toured tirelessly across America, with multiple albums released of her songwriting garnering critical acclaim. 6:30pm.
