Patel Conservatory presents Disney’s Cinderella KIDS at TECO Theater (All Weekend)
Now’s your chance to see one of the most beloved shows in musical theater history!! Professionally produced and student performed, the Patel Conservatory brings this fairy tale classic to life on the TECO stage. With a little help from her mice friends and a lot of help from her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella’s dreams come true in the Disney version of this rags-to-riches story. Click HERE for showtimes. Critical Mass Tampa Ride at Curtis Hixon Park
Critical Mass welcomes anything human powered: skates, boards, (yes, even bikes!) to move at a casual pace of ~10mph. The rides are 10-11 miles. The rides are at night, so lights are highly recommended (LOTS of lights!). Critical Mass is a large group ride to have FUN, meet new people, and to promote urban bicycle safety, skills, & confidence. Ride respectfully and responsibly, and of course, you ride at your OWN risk. The route begins at Curtis Hixon, goes through UT, downtown, Ybor, the Meridian Trail, around Harbor Island, Bayshore, & SoHo, then back to Curtis Hixon. Lights, helmets, hi-vis clothing, and lots of silly horns, bells, lights, kazoos, duck calls, and costumes are highly suggested. 7:45-10pm. Click HERE to RSVP and for more details. Summer Fantasy at Ferguson Hall
Next Generation Ballet will feature emerging dancers from around the Nation in a performance representing both classical and contemporary work. 200 dancers selected from a 25-city audition tour of more than 800 hopefuls will be highlighted. WMNF Presents Heatwave Favorites at Skipper’s Smokehouse

Halcyon with The Cheaters at Skipper’s Smokehouse
Deb Hunseder and Steph Callahan (Halcyon) met in 1989 and had their first gig two weeks later. The harmonies were magic. From the first note, they knew they had something that could not be matched. Following sold out shows and rave reviews in Australia and New Zealand the world’s boldest and cheekiest magic show “The Naked Magic Show” is returning to Tampa by popular demand! The show features magic, mirth and more than a touch of mayhem as these two hot and hilarious magicians say abracadabra and take magic to a whole new level. Summer Movie Classics: Swing Time at Tampa Theatre
Come see Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire’s masterful dancing in this classic film. Swing Time is actor’s shared masterpiece of filmed dance. USF film professor Harriet Deer and her son, musical theater expert Joe Deer, will lead a short discussion of Swing Time immediately after the film. Begins at 3pm. $10. Yoga in the Park at Curtis Hixon

DieDra, The Alabama Blues Queen and The Ruff Pro Band at Skipper’s Smokehouse
DieDra’s career began in 2008, after her debut Album “Overcoming Hurdles” was release. The single “Hip Swing’in Blues” topped the charts at #4 for 9 months, in Beach Music. Her husband, producer and adviser, Keithen Ruff decided she needed a band. In 2009, DieDra and the band entered the International Blues Challenges, in Memphis, Tennessee. 5pm. $5 in advance, $8 at the door.

Rock the Yacht: Latin Salsa Dance Party featuring Aramis y Sol Caribe’
Rock the Yacht is BACK aboard Yacht StarShip with special musical theme nights to stretch your sea legs and get you moving!
