Southeast Japanese Sword Show & Auction 2018
The Tampa Airport Marriott Hotel will be hosting the Southeast Japanese Sword Show & Auction. The show itself will abound with Japanese swords and Samurai artifacts including armor, matchlock firearms, and archery items. Japanese art, woodblock prints, kimono and antiques are also well represented. European and middle eastern swords are also to be found along with a wide selection of Chinese and Asian art and artifacts. There is a special free exhibit for the general public called “The Art and Arms of the Samurai”. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to bring items to the show for identification and evaluation by numerous experts and can entertain offers from dealers at the show. There is a lively auction on Friday evening, March 2nd, at 7 PM for those who wish to buy and sell in a competitive environment. Begins 10a.m.
