Water Street Tampa continues to change the landscape of Tampa. The neighborhood is bringing together some of the best dining experiences in the city, with renowned immersive arts exhibits, top tier academic institutions, with ample space for events. The latest addition seems to be Yard House, a taproom with locations across the country. Yard House is celebrated for its huge selection of beers on tap (more than 100), and extensive bar bites menu.
The Water Street Yard House would go in along Channelside Drive and Nebraska Avenue, right across from Amalie Arena. Yard House’s menu includes tasty bites such as poke nachos, jumbo Bavarian pretzels, firecracker shrimp, and Baja fish tacos. An official opening timeline is still TBA, but Yard House is expected to be a part of Phase II of Water Street’s development.

This puts it down the block from the newly-opened GreenWise Market, Naked Farmer, and the city’s first augmented reality mural right next door. Boulon Brasserie, Predalina and more public art are also in the works for Water Street.
With Water Street Tampa’s Phase One completing soon, the new additions will only elevate the already diverse array of retail offerings available throughout the 56-acre development.
“Every new retailer that has signed a lease at Water Street Tampa has helped us to create a more well rounded neighborhood that we know residents, office workers, and guests will look forward to experiencing time and again,” said Lee Schaffler, Chief Portfolio Officer for SPP.
