Larger condos feature 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with bay and sunset terraces, as well as a private owner’s terrace. Local inspiration helps add character to the concept

The Architectural firm Curts, Gaines, Hall, Jones is bringing this concept to life. Beasley and Henley Interior Design will infuse their signature style to the Virage’s interior common areas. Sarasota-based Ascentia Development Group crafted the condo towers waterfront site. Realtors with Virage will be on site daily beginning Friday, April 7. You can learn more about the project by visiting its official website.

Virage’s development follows in the footsteps of the Nine15 — a project that measures 23 stories on Franklin Street that is slowly but surely coming to fruition.
