The University of South Florida women’s basketball team is dancing once again. The Bulls secured their spot in the NCAA Tournament after a thrilling 69-62 victory over Rice in the American Athletic Conference Championship final on Wednesday night at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

USF, the No. 3 seed in the tournament, battled past the No. 9 seed Owls to claim their second AAC tournament title. They became only the second team in conference history to win multiple championships, joining powerhouse UConn. The victory not only adds another banner to the Bulls’ legacy but also earns them the American’s coveted automatic bid to March Madness.
