Now, Frontier Airlines and Air Canada are making December even more memorable with new nonstop routes.
Frontier Airlines adds five new nonstop routes
Starting December 17, Frontier Airlines will launch five new nonstop routes from TPA:

- Daily service to Boston (BOS), Washington Dulles (IAD), and Chicago O’Hare (ORD).
- December 18: New flights to Portland, ME (PWM), operating three times a week.
- December 20: Nonstop service to Burlington, VT (BTV), with flights running three days a week.
These additions make it easier than ever for Tampa Bay travelers to reach top U.S. destinations.
Air Canada brings nonstop service to Vancouver
Meanwhile, Air Canada announced a game-changing expansion for TPA. Starting June 4, 2025, Air Canada will offer year-round, twice-weekly nonstop flights to Vancouver (YVR). This new route connects Tampa Bay to the Pacific Northwest and opens up seamless travel to Asia, including cities like Osaka, Tokyo, and Seoul, through Air Canada’s extensive network.

This year has been monumental for TPA, with accolades from JD Power and Wall Street Journal, and continued growth in both routes and infrastructure. As the airport prepares for a busy holiday season and further expansions, Tampa is cementing its place as a major gateway for travelers across the globe.
