Osteria, Tampa’s newest Italian destination will open its doors in the summer of 2018! Dubbed a season 5 fan favorite on Bravo’s hit series “Top Chef,” Fabio Viviani will be one of the newest high-profile chefs to join Tampa’s food scene.
Since his Top Chef debut, the celebrity cook has appeared on other television programs including Good Morning America, the Rachael Ray Show and The Chew.

Having secured a spot within the 9,300 SF street-level retail space in downtown Tampa’s newest high-rise – Nine15 – Osteria’s location in this luxury development at the intersection of Franklin and Cass is a prime spot for Bay area’s foodies.
Osteria is not a new concept, however, as its original location is in the Delta terminal of Los Angeles Airport. The Tampa location will have an extensive menu with possible Italian dishes ranging from smoked aioli and gnocchi to a variety of upscale pizzas. The bar will feature craft cocktails from notable mixologist Ro Patel along with an outdoor space available for hosting live music and DJs.
