Toastique, a gourmet toast restaurant, opens this October in Water Street

A gourmet toast and juice bar, Toastique, is opening in Water Street Tampa on the ground floor of Cora (1011 E Cumberland Avenue). This will be the restaurant’s second location in the state of Florida, and very first in the Tampa area. Strategic Property Partners announced the health-focused breakfast and lunch spot will debut on October 28. Its arrival comes courtesy of local entrepreneur Adrian Lojo.

Toastique will invigorate mornings in downtown Tampa

With locations in Washington D.C., Virginia, New Jersey, and Colorado, Toastique is a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar. Toastique prioritizes fresh ingredients and combines the service of a fast-casual dining concept with the sophisticated ambiance of a sit-down restaurant. Spanning 1,607 square feet at the base of Cora, Toastique will add to the exciting dining options Water Street Tampa has to offer. Toastique will serve gourmet toast, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, bowls, espresso and coffee, and other grab-and-go options perfect for any time of day. Menu prices will range from $8 to $15.

To date, SPP has signed leases with nearly 50 retailers throughout Water Street Tampa. Toastique joins a variety of national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants opening throughout the neighborhood, including Cava, Wagamama, GreenWise Market, Chill Bros. Scoop Shop, Dwell Home Market, Yura Vine Brothers, and Naked Farmer.

Spanning 56 acres and connecting Tampa’s central business district to its waterfront, Water Street Tampa is a thriving live-work-play district in Downtown Tampa, bringing together new public spaces, homes, hotels, offices, retail, and dining.
