The Hyatt Regency is reaching top standards when it comes to health and safety. Here’s a breakdown of the new precautions The Hyatt is taking to ensure the safety of guests: 

All guests are required to wear a mask indoors by order of Pinellas County.  They can be taken off while dining in the restaurant. 

In order to reduce exposure housekeeping service isn’t provided daily, however, if you prefer The Hyatt staff is happy to provide it for you.  Please let the concierge know upon check-in and they can arrange that for your party.

Cooking utensils and dishware have been removed from your guestroom to clean and sanitize  in a secure location to reduce additional exposure.  Cooking items are available upon request. If your room has a dishwasher, dishes will be cleaned and sanitized and are loaded and sealed in the dishwasher

Guests are encouraged to limit the number of guests per elevator to (4) unless you are in the same household.

Smartphones can be used to operate the TV in your guest room (instead of touching the TV remote), by following the prompts on the television screen.
