Tampa and St. Pete seem to be sharing their favorite brunch spots as Noble Crust is heads to Tampa. This news comes on the heels of the recently announced Datz opening in St. Pete.
Noble Crust will follow up a successful debut in Wesley Chapel with a third location in the burgeoning Carrollwood area. The Italian staple first made a splash on St. Pete’s 4th Street years ago and continues to wow diners with their unparalleled Sunday brunch, exquisite cocktails (the Kahwa Cold Brew Martini is divine), and outstanding customer service. The third restaurant is set to open before the end of 2017 at 11618 N. Dale Mabry Hwy.
Executive Chef Rob Reinsmith spent years working with notable chefs in NYC before returning to Tampa Bay to help open the first Noble Crust. The concept was founded by a group of local restaurant veterans:
Tim Curci, founder of Bonefish Grill and Hops Grill and Bar.
Tj Thielbar, founding member of Bonefish Grill and a former National Culinary Supervisor for Hops Grill and Bar.
Chef Rob Reinsmith, founding member of Parm NYC.
Jeff Strouse, who has a background in law and accounting and is a consultant for a financial services firm.
