The Candle Pour, a fun and highly popular make-your-own candle workshop, has opened a brand new spot inside Oxford Exchange (420 W Kennedy Blvd). They currently operate a location at Hyde Park Village and another spot in The EDGE District of St. Pete. That’s right, now you can enjoy books, brunch, and a full candle-making experience all under one chic roof.
The workshop offers more than 200 scents to choose from as you go on your candle-making journey. Candle Pour’s process in their shop only takes about 45 minutes for all products. Once your candle is poured, it will need to set for 2 hours before it is ready to go home (most of their flameless options can be taken with you immediately).

Owners Misty and Dennis Akers founded The Candle Pour back in 2019 and managed to steer the DIY experience through the pandemic. It remains a marvelous local success story with one location operating, and two more on the way. We’re adding this to our top indoor activities list for the summer.
