Here’s a breakdown of Yelp’s methodology when crafting this list: This is an all-time list of the best pancake spots in greater Tampa Bay according to Yelp. They identified businesses in the restaurants and food categories with a large concentration of reviews mentioning “pancake,” then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning “pancake.” This list looked at businesses in the counties of Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas and Sarasota.
