Tampa will have one of the hottest housing markets in 2024, according to Zillow

Tampa has been recognized as one of the best places to live in America by Money.com and TIME. Zillow recently released its predictions for the 10 hottest housing markets in the country for 2024, and Tampa came in at number 10.

Zillow’s list of the hottest markets in 2024 is based on an analysis of forecast home value growth, recent housing market velocity and projected changes in the labor market, home construction activity, and number of homeowner households. 2024’s hottest markets all boast solid economic fundamentals, relatively fast-moving for-sale housing inventory, plentiful likely buyers and expectations for stable home values.

Zillow sees their top 10 cities as having stable local economies with steady home values. Tampa, as with other cities in the ranking, offers a strong local job market, and growth in home values is expected to be relatively stable.
