The Heights District Fall Fest (1910 N Ola Ave), one of the year’s biggest events, is set to bring the autumn spirit to Florida’s riverfront over two exciting weekends in October just outside Armature Works. From 12pm to 5pm, families can enjoy a variety of activities on the Pier and West Lawn that make the season come alive—despite the heat.
Families will love the bounce houses, where kids can jump into the fall fun, while creative face painting will transform visitors into their favorite characters. The interactive DJ will keep the energy high with lively beats, inviting everyone to dance and celebrate the season.

One of the highlights of Fall Fest is the pumpkin patch, where visitors can pick out their perfect pumpkin and then get creative at the craft station, painting their festive finds. The mini fall market offers a chance to start holiday shopping early, with unique and seasonal items to browse.

Some children’s activities will require tickets, so attendees should plan accordingly. Parking will be available for $20 in all lots and the Heights Parking Garage between 10am and 5pm, with rates dropping to $10 before and after those hours.
