Quesabirria is a compound word combining queso (cheese) and birria, a traditional Mexican stew. It represents the intersection of tacos and quesadillas and oh my goodness does it look glorious.

The Quesabirria became a massive food trend. It’s aesthetic appeal is undeniable. Beef Birria is a traditional Mexican dish which consist of slow – simmered meat stew; in this case BEEF. Made with tons of herbs and dried chili peppers for hours on end, giving the meat and broth an exceptional flavor that makes you want to come back for.
Tampa Taco officially opened in late August, and has already garnered rave reviews.

The restaurant offers Lemon Cucumber Agua Fresca Floats, Mexican corn in a cup, Birria ramen, and fresh made corn tortillas.
