Tampa EDITION is a new hospitality destination in Water Street

Developed by Strategic Property Partners, The Tampa EDITION will be a significant cultural and hospitality destination spanning 26 stories in the heart of the Water Street Tampa neighborhood. The Tampa EDITION comprises 172 hotel rooms and 38 exclusive branded residences on floors 10 through 26. The homes boast elegant indoor-outdoor layouts with large terraces and spacious interiors featuring hand-picked selections inspired by the renowned design team of Morris Adjmi and Roman & Williams.

Sales of the ultra-luxe condos ranged between $2 and $7.9 million, with interiors ranging from 1,824 to over 5,063 square feet. Residents will have exclusive access to the hotel’s impressive array of culinary and lifestyle amenities, including 24/7 concierge and valet service. Resident owners will enter the high-rise through a private entrance with a separate lobby and elevator.
