Tampa Bay Lightning Watch Parties announced for Stanley Cup Final

The Tampa Bay Lightning are headed to the Stanley Cup Final for the third consecutive year. This time around they’re facing off against the Colorado Avalanche. It’s the ultimate battle for fire and ice, folks, and it’s set to be a super entertaining spectacle for hockey fans. The series begins this Wednesday in Colorado. Just because the Tampa Bay Lightning aren’t in town doesn’t mean you can’t Be The Thunder with the rest of the community. Watch parties are set for Thunder Alley for the entire series. Games will take place June 15 (away), June 18 (away), June 20 (home), June 22 (home), June 24 (away), June 26 (home), and June 28 (away).

For away games, the watch parties will include live entertainment, appearances from ThunderBug and other Lightning personalities, giveaways, concession specials and more! There is a ticket limit of six (6). Ticket Proceeds will benefit Lightning Foundation Charities. Doors will open 75 minutes prior to puck drop. Tampa Bay Lightning hockey games at AMALIE Arena have a no bag policy. Outside food & beverage are prohibited.

That’s right, a limited number of Lightning fans will get to view the Lightning play in Colorado from the comfort of Amalie Arena. You can find all the information on The Lightning’s Facebook page.

Home games will include Lightning Plaza Parties. Lightning Plaza Parties are rain or shine. Tickets must be purchased to access Lightning Plaza Parties Fans with tickets to the Lightning Plaza Parties are permitted to bring standard tailgate sized chairs (20 inches x 20 inches) Plaza will open for ticketed guests three (3) hours before puck drop Fans with tickets to the Ford Thunder Alley viewing party and the arena will be able to access the plaza via the west sidewalk in between the JW Marriott and the Pam Iorio Garage, the west sidewalk at the intersection of Morgan/Channelside, or the entryway to the plaza at the NW corner of Amalie Arena Outside Food and Beverages, coolers, bags, and tents are prohibited.
