The Hollander Hotel is a boutique oasis in downtown St. Pete. Their restaurant, The Taproom, is open to the public and they have one of the best grouper sandwiches in the region. Their beautiful pool is open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. to the public — the only day of the week the pool is open to non-guests. Enjoy a poolside DJ, a full bar, and a restaurant.
