Tampa Bay Buccaneers are headed to Super Bowl LV at Raymond James Stadium

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have made NFL history as they defeated the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship. The Bucs will now be the first NFL team in history to make it to the Super Bowl the year their home city is hosting the big game. Ready the cannons, because Tom Brady and the Bucs will face the winner of the Chiefs and the Bills.

The Tampa Bay region is becoming a major sports destination. The Tampa Bay Lightning won the Stanley Cup in 2020. The Tampa Bay Rays made the World Series in a hotly contested series against the Dodgers. the Royal Rumble is taking place inside Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, and WrestleMania will take place in Tampa over the course of two nights. The Tampa Bay Rowdies also made it the USL Championship match.

Super Bowl LV takes place on Sunday, February 7. The Weekend is set to perform during the half time show. A total of 7,500 vaccinated healthcare workers in Tampa will enjoy free tickets to the big game. A total of 22,000 fans will be in attendance for the game itself in Tampa.
