The Stuffed Cookie is the Tampa Bay region’s newest sweet spot. This dessert dream-come-true opened its doors to the public on February 22, 2022 in Brandon. Cake batter cookies, fudge brownie ice cream sandwiches, croissants stuffed with scoops of fresh ice cream, and more desserts round out this exquisite menu.
“Come try the newest ice cream flavor, BLUEBERRY PIE with our zesty lemon frosted cookie & if you’re as excited as we are, pair it with the fruity pebble cookie,” wrote the Stuffed team in a recent Instagram post. Their current grid is just square upon square of sweet temptation.

What caught our attention are the delicious, super stuffed cronuts. They share some of the flavours of a donut but have the flaky, buttery texture of a croissant. The owners highly recommend visitors load their cronut up with ice cream.

“If you are new here, welcome to The Stuffed Cookie, here we do things with love and passion,” wrote the owners on opening day. “Every cookie is homemade in house daily and ready to be STUFFED with the ice cream flavor of your choosing.”
Stuffed offers everything from cookies, stuffed cookie ice cream sandwiches, and cookie sundaes, to brownies, and even a fluffy sprinkled donut ready to be stuffed.
The Stuffed Cookies TPA is located at 955 E Brandon Blvd in Brandon. They’re currently working on launching online ordering, too. Follow the dessert spot on Instagram for updates on new menu items.
