Who’s ready to raise a glass on the Tampa Riverwalk? The Straz Center is throwing a wild New Year’s Eve party on the Riverwalk stage. This performance will follow their NYE showing of Hamilton, of course a Hamilton ticket isn’t required to attend this post-performance extravaganza.
“The Straz welcomes 2023 with Raise a Glass, a celebration like no other in the Tampa Bay area,” write venue representatives on the official event page. “Following the New Year’s Eve performance of Hamilton, Queens-bred hip-hop and soul artist Dynasty will share the Riverwalk Stage with some of Tampa’s top talent to ensure a fresh, funky start to the new year.” The New Year’s Eve performance officially begins at 9:30pm.

Dynasty rocks the Riverwalk stage outside the Straz
Influenced by gritty northern sounds and life’s adventures, Dynasty spits from the heart yet remains a beast on the mic. In fact, she was labeled a “spit queen” by the one and only DJ Premier. She has rocked alongside some of the greatest on so many stages from Germany to France, Italy to Romania and beyond, performing and connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds. Although the performing arts (music and acting) are her passion, inspiring others to push for their authentic best lives is her purpose.
General admission and a limited number of VIP and VIP+ tickets are available for purchase. A cash bar will be available. Tickets start at $75. General admission ticket holders will get one drink ticket and the champagne toast. VIP+ guests enjoy an open bar, a private lounge for you and up to 15 guests, and a full charcuterie spread.
