Staton House is also behind The Smokin’ Cuban, winner of the People’s Choice Award at the 2023 International Cuban Sandwich Festival. Visitors to the resplendent ZooTampa can now enjoy the best BBQ eats in town when they visit the venue courtesy of Station House.
You can visit their food truck in the park 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm. The Station House truck features their famous sauces, including the Gimme Guava and Floribama Heat.

Station House BBQ finds a home at ZooTampa
Their menu includes the restaurant’s famous pulled pork, smoked brisket, and the famed BBQ sundae with delicious, melty smoked gouda mac and cheese and “not your mama’s” slaw.
You can of course enjoy their delicious food at their brick-and-mortar location at 16319 N Florida Ave in Lutz. There you can savor their award-winning sandwiches, tasty ribs, Mexican street corn, cornbread pudding, and the huge 5-alarm sampler platter.
