Female athletes must provide proof of completing an international triathlon distance event in 2025 in a time of 2:30:00 or better.
The race that’s on a mission
What makes this triathlon special isn’t just the scenic views or the thrill of the competition. The event is non-profit operated. Hosted by BayCare’s St. Anthony’s Hospital, the event supports BayCare’s mission to improve the health of our community. By registering, you’re not only committing to a personal athletic challenge. You’re also helping BayCare and St. Anthony’s spread the word on staying active and healthy.

Weekend fun for everyone
Family, friends and spectators can still enjoy other aspects of the St. Anthony’s Triathlon weekend. The Sports & Fitness Expo brings together top athletic brands, gear demos, and local vendors, creating a hub of energy and connection right in the heart of Tampa Bay. Both locals and tourists alike can make it a mini getaway while also cheering on athletes.
And after the race, the excitement continues with a post-race party, equipped with live entertainment, food, and hydrating beverages. There will also be award ceremonies to commemorate the winners. On Saturday, the awards ceremony will start at 10 a.m. for Meek & Mighty athletes. On Sunday, the Pro/Open Elite awards ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. It’s the perfect finale to a weekend of athletic achievement and community pride.
With a full schedule of races, activities, and celebrations, the St. Anthony’s Triathlon weekend offers something for everyone. Whether you’re competing or cheering on the athletes, it remains one of the most anticipated annual events in the Tampa Bay area.
