Tampa-based real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners, LLC (“SPP”) announced the signing of a new retail lease for a national cycling studio at Sparkman Wharf. Rukus Cycling Studios will join the waterfront retail, dining and office destination in Tampa’s Water Street neighborhood. The new location at Sparkman Wharf will be Rukus Cycling Studios’ first studio in Tampa and will add to the wide array of fitness, wellness, food and beverage, and service-oriented retailers throughout Water Street Tampa.
“Water Street Tampa has continued to attract innovative retailers that see Tampa’s promise and want to establish roots in the city’s most forward-thinking new neighborhood,” said Lee Schaffler, Chief Portfolio Officer for SPP. “We’re proud to partner with a national brand like Rukus Cycling Studios that serves our growing community and promotes our wellness-focused values.”
