Hot new coffee shop alert: Provisions Coffee and Kitchen is opening very soon at 3752 Windcrest Drive. The cafe and kitchen is already open inside KRATE at The Grove (5862 Goldview Pkwy), and in Tampa at 2816 E Bearss Avenue.
This destination is popular for its creative lattes, including a cereal milk-infused Fruity Pebbles latte made special for the back-to-school season. Visitors continue to flock to provisions for their fresh baked pastries, amazing lemon bars, and hearty breakfast sandwiches.

One delectable bakery item that’s caught my attention is the everything bagel ball stuffed with cream cheese. Their bakery also whips up vegan, gluten-free peanut butter and chocolate chip protein bites. 
Provisions full menu also has ample gluten-free and vegan options. Some hot items to get excited about:
- Gluten-free Breakfast Hash: Oven-roasted potatoes, bacon jam or pesto, spinach, and cheese with a poached egg on top.
- Vegan Egg Biscuit: 100% vegan! just egg, pesto, topped with spinach and gouda cheese on a fluffy biscuit.
- Gluten-free Quiche: Scalloped potato crust with spinach and gruyere cheese by the slice, gluten-free.
- Biscuit N Jam: Fluffy biscuit with your choice of jam/spread.
- V + GF Pitaya Bowl: Dragon fruit, pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk blended smooth and topped with granola, toasted coconut, banana, and berries.
- Breakfast Burritos: Scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, bacon jam, spinach, and gruyere cheese, drizzled with sriracha aioli and wrapped in a tortilla
