The Hall on Franklin — located at 1701 North Franklin Street — recently unveiled the seven concepts that will be a part of the massive foodie collective:

The Collection: This craft cocktail lounge is being developed by Ro Patel. The exquisite mixologist has developed bar programs all over Tampa, most recently at the popular Franklin Manor.
Kôfē: Master Ty Beddingfield is brewing something special for Tampa. The master barista will bring local roast to the burgeoning section of Franklin Street.
Heights Fish Camp: This seafood and raw bar will feature crabs legs, oysters and tons of fresh fish.
Heights Melt Shoppe: The minds behind Holy Hog BBQ are creating an incredible sandwich shop. The Melt Shoppe will feature gourmet sandwiches, craft sandwiches, pierogis and more.
North Star Eatery: This restaurant is an Asian fusion concept developed by Anise’s Kevin and Singh Hurt.
Poké Rose: This Poké restaurant is the creation of acclaimed chef Jason Cline. Expect plenty of vegan options at this new spot from the chef that received much acclaimed for his work at The Birchwood in St. Pete.
Bake’n Babes: Prepare your sweet tooth for The Hall’s dessert shop. Bake’n Babes features unique treats like Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Milk Ice Cream, key lime pie, gourmet ice cream sandwiches, custom cakes and so much more.
