Fit Bowl Co. will bring plant-based creations to Sparkman Wharf (615 Channelside Drive) in Tampa in 2021.

Fit Bowl is a health conscious super food concept and it’s now one of 7 retail concepts announced for Sparkman Wharf since the start of 2021. This gives diners looking to enjoy the views and a nutrient-packed snack something to look forward to.

“2021 has already been a banner year for Sparkman Wharf, with seven new retail leases signed since  January,” said Susan Martin, Vice President of Retail and Place Management for SPP. “We couldn’t be  more excited to welcome Fit Bowl Co. and introduce a new dining concept that is sure to become another popular healthy option for the growing number of people who live in, work in and visit Water Street Tampa  every day.”

What’s on Fit Bowl Co’s menu?

Fit Bowl Co. will offer plant-based creations like acai bowls, smoothies, refreshing beverages, vegan soft  serve, as well as prosecco and sorbet floats for adults. The natural ingredient-focused restaurant will be  moving into one of Sparkman Wharf’s shipping containers facing the park and offering quick, healthy bites  and beverages. The Sparkman Wharf location is an expansion from Fit Bowl Co.’s successful original  location on Davis Islands.

“Fit Bowl Co. prides itself on creating delicious meals and snacks crafted from wholesome ingredients and  nutritious superfoods, and we look forward to becoming the new go-to spot to grab a quick, healthy bite (or  a less-guilty treat) at Sparkman Wharf,” said Trent McAree, owner of Fit Bowl Co.

Fit Bowl Joins an all-star lineup of new concepts that include Noble Rice, The Battery, BurgerFi, Coldwell Banker, Murph’s BBQ, 7th + Grove South at Sparkman Wharf and 3 Corners, which is opening this summer at Heron, the neighborhood’s first residential rental offering.

These  exciting new concepts join existing office, retail and restaurant outposts at Sparkman Wharf, including Jeni’s  Ice Cream, Joyful Notion, Splitsville, Fermented Reality, F45, Jotoro, Naked Farmer, Edison’s Swigamajig,  Gallito, Flock and Stock, The Corners Pizza, Main Ingredient and Modern Paws.
