The flavors you can discover in the greater Tampa area are boundless. That much is evident with the official opening of Pisco Express. This Peruvian and Chinese fusion restaurant is now open at the sprawling Krate at the Grove, which is an amalgamation of restaurant and retail venues situated inside mural-covered shipping containers.
This mini but mighty express restaurant opened at the end of August and aims to expand the palates of those causing through Wesley Chapel. One key dish is the Tallarin salteado. Savor stir-fried egg noodles mixed with vegetables and your choice of chicken, steak, shrimp, or pork. The most recently teased addition to the menu is the Lomo Saltado. This dish features soft pieces of steak, onions, tomatoes, yellow pepper and aromatic cilantro, sauteed in Pisco’s fiery wok. Served with French fries and white rice.

Guests also rave about the Ceviche at Pisco. Fresh cut raw fish is marinated in lime juice, topped with red onions and cilantro. The dish is served with sweet potato and corn (yes, corn!). Korean Salchipapa (chopped sausage mixed with French fries), delicious fried wontons, and myriad crispy chicken dishes appear on the menu.
