Hot new restaurant alert! Paul’s Fusion Kitchen is officially open at 4034 W Kennedy Blvd in Tampa. The restaurant as completely reimagined its quaint strip plaza space and transformed it into a chic and ambient dining lounge.
One of their must-try dishes according to myriad reviewers is the tender duck in savory red curry sauce, which was described as “absolutely delicious” by Theresa M. on Yelp. Paul’s ahi tuna was fresh and perfectly seared, with a gorgeous presentation. The meticulous painting almost makes the dishes too pretty to eat.

Their French onion soup was also among the best the reviewer had ever had. The restaurant’s attention to detail extends beyond the food, with a carefully designed and elegant atmosphere, down to the silverware.
The crab cakes are done perfectly, with a true-to-taste authentic flavor and excellent sauce and lemon to top it off, according to a 5-star review by Brian D. on Yelp. The ambiance is beautiful with nice wooden accents and warm lighting.
Other items of note on Paul’s menu:
- Blackened Prime Rib Sandwich: Thinly sliced prime rib on french bread with horseradish, romaine lettuce, onion, tomato.
- Paul’s Crab Cake: Maryland style with a twist, lump crab meat, side of sautéed spinach, garlic, bacon, and side of jasmine rice.
- Fried Oyster Sandwich
- Chicken Curry Wrap
