Noble Crust Announces Opening in Wesley Chapel

Regionalism is taking effect in Tampa Bay. Businesses in Tampa are expanding to St. Pete (i.e. Fresh Kitchen, Mini Doughnut Factory) and vice versa.

On July 15, Noble Crust will host a special VIP opening to give residents a taste of what it’s bringing to Wesley Chapel. All proceeds from this VIP opening event will benefit The Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Foundation. There will be live music, cocktails, appetizers, hors d’oeuvres along with a silent auction.

Acclaimed St. Pete restaurant arrives in Tampa

Noble Crust is well regarded in St. Pete for its exceptional cocktail program, artisanal pizza — gluten-free options available — and killer brunch — the deviled eggs offer a peppy morning burst.

Noble’s Kahwa cold brew martini and frozen cider — Angry Orchard hard cider, 360 Vodka, Pama syrup, citrus — pair perfectly with their eclectic menu that boasts Italian Southern Soul.

Executive Chef Rob Reinsmith spent years working with notable chefs in NYC before returning to Tampa Bay to help open the first Noble Crust. The concept was founded by a group of local restaurant veterans:

  • Tj Thielbar, founding member of Bonefish Grill and a former National Culinary Supervisor for Hops Grill and Bar.
  • Chef Rob Reinsmith, founding member of Parm NYC.
  • Jeff Strouse, who has a background in law and accounting and is a consultant for a financial services firm.

Eclectic menu designed to satisfy all palates and appetites

Looking to satiate your palate? Dig into the restaurant’s chicken fried chicken parm — made with house mozz, tomato sauce and thick bucatini. You can take a walk on the lighter side with Noble’s peach and fennel salad — baby greens, dried cherries, goat cheese, radish, pecans, chives, and balsamic-honey mustard.

If you’re anything like us, then you most certainly have a sweet tooth that guides almost all of your foodie decisions. The restaurant’s warm chocolate budino, a most divine mix of salted caramel, cookie crumbles and whipped cream, is the sweet, crunchy finale every dinner deserves.
