Let the wave of nostalgia wash over you. Nine Inch Nails, with their unique blend of industrial rock and alternative music, are the latest central band to confirm they’ll stop in Tampa during a big tour.

Metallica and My Chemical Romance recently announced shows at Raymond James Stadium. Nine Inch Nails will make their only Florida stop at Amalie Arena on September 10.

As a big Lost Highway fan, the prospect of hearing “The Perfect Drug” live gives me chills. The band, with its hit songs “Hurt” (also famously covered by Johnny Cash), “Closer,” “Hole in the Head,” and “Something I Can Never Have,” has left an indelible mark on the music industry. Their experimental sound is both deep and mind-bending.

The Peel It Back Tour comes to Tampa this September

The Peel It Back Tour marks the band’s highly anticipated return to the stage since 2022. Produced by Live Nation, the headline run will kick off on Sunday, June 15, in Dublin, Ireland, at 3Arena and take the band across Europe, including stops in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and more.

Frontman Trent Reznor is also an accomplished composer. For his work with David Fincher on The Social Network, he won the 2010 Academy Award for Best Original Score.

Tickets will be available starting Wednesday, January 29, at 12 p.m. local time at nin.com.

Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2020, Nine Inch Nails have sold over 30 million records worldwide.
