He started working in restaurants at fifteen, taking his first job as a dishwasher in a small family-owned Italian restaurant, according to his bio. This first job made him realize that the kitchen was where he wanted to be from that point on. In addition to Mustard Seed, he currently owns and operates Chef Rocco Catering with his wife, Holly.
