Mint, a modern tiki and rum bar, is now open at 2810 E Bearss Avenue in Tampa. This hideaway offers adult fun, and a vibrant selection of Florida-inspired food recipes. The raw bar serves up mojito shrimp ceviche, oysters and more.
Chef Courtney’s teased entrees include Banana Leaf Pork, Jerk Short Rib, Grilled oysters with Chorizo Butter and Parm Panko, croquetas de jamón, and Short Rib Arepas. Visitors will be transported to Cuba with the Havana Nights cocktail, made with Brugal 1888, Miami Club Cuban Coffee Rum, and espresso syrup.

Mint Tampa is Tampa’s new tiki bar
The interior will make you feel like you’ve traveled straight to South Beach. Pink neon lights, midnight black tiled walls, and palm trees galore adorn the inside of the freshest new hangout in Tampa. It’s received near perfect 5-star reviews since it debuted near USF Tampa.
