Luxury high rise residence ‘The Nolen’ to become newest fixture of Tampa Bay skyline

The best views in Tampa Bay might soon be the ones from your living room. St. Petersburg’s The Nolen, a recently-announced high rise development from Smith and Associates Real Estate, will house what are likely to be 31 of the most sought-after residences in the ‘Burg. The stunning high rise will also become the newest star of the view from the St. Pete waterfront.

In fact, sales have already surpassed expectations as DDA Development announced that more than 50% of the residences have already been sold. After the sale and construction financing were finalized in December of 2021, the project will submit plans for approval this January. Thanks to that movement and the high demand, construction on The Nolen is expected to begin months ahead of schedule.

The Nolen will be a 23-story residential tower featuring state-of-the-art luxury residences, beautiful views of Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, and all the amenities of boutique downtown living. Being christened ‘The Nolen,’ Smith and Associates says it is an “homage to Sunshine City urban planner John Nolen, whose plan for downtown’s waterfront parks shaped the architectural essence of St. Petersburg. The Nolen is a tribute to his legacy and a nod to his philosophy that lifestyle should lead design.”

Inside the building, residents can expect a level of comfort, luxury and design to match the impressive exterior. Residences flooded in natural light offer unmatchable views of St. Pete and provide a range of features designed to make being at home as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible.

Kitchens will be highlighted by high-end German-engineered appliances and solid brass plumbing, while also offering curated designer finish packages.
