New waterfront beer garden and NY-style pizza kitchen, LightHaus, opens in Tampa

The Tampa Riverwalk is replete with photogenic spots to unwind. Sparkman Wharf, a sprawling medley of spots for food and fun has just added LightHaus Waterfront Beer Garden to its roster.

LightHaus serves up wines, seltzers, beers, and NYC style pizzas to enjoy. This concept takes the place of Fermented Reality Beer Garden. It closed earlier in the summer to make way for this brand new pizza kitchen.

Fermented Reality could find itself a new space in Historic Ybor City, according to a report by the Tampa Bay Business Journal back in August.

LightHaus joins a vibrant array of restaurants along the Riverwalk

LightHaus joins vibrant restaurants and retailers including Wich, Please!, Flock and Stock, Jeni’s Ice CreamJoyful Notion, Splitsville, F45, Jotoro, Naked Farmer, Edison’s Swigamajig, Gallito, Fermented Reality, Main Ingredient, Modern Paws, Fit Bowl Co. Superfood Bar, Murph’s BBQ and 7th + Grove South at Sparkman Wharf.

Several new restaurants and office tenants are opening at the waterfront development this year, including Noble Rice, The Battery, BurgerFi, Industrious, and Coldwell Banker. Sparkman Wharf anchors Water Street Tampa, the 56-acre development transforming downtown Tampa into a walkable, wellness-oriented neighborhood.
