Chart-topping album DAMN furthers Lamar’s lyrical brilliance

Lamar’s DAMN TOUR will make stops in Canada, Houston, NYC, Boston, Denver and Los Angeles this summer. The artist recently announced more dates, with a performance set for September 1 at Amalie Arena.

His latest album, DAMN, remained at the top spot on the Billboard album chart for three straight weeks. Lamar’s supernatural presence, and meta lyricism set him apart from almost any other rapper today.

McCartney, Gaga, Chance the Rapper set to perform at Amalie

For the massive sports/entertainment venue, it’s just one major star after another. Residents were ignited by the news that Sir Paul McCartney will grace the Amalie Arena stage on July 10. Other major announcements include Jim Gaffigan and Lady Gaga.

Tickets for Kendrick Lamar go on sale May 20 at 10am. He’ll be joined by YG and D.R.A.M. on September 1.
