Is it too soon to be dreaming about fall? JetBlue is set to launch new nonstop flights from Tampa International Airport (TPA) to Providence, Rhode Island, starting October 27. This new route is part of JetBlue’s strategy to expand its presence in New England, aiming to triple the number of seats available from Providence to Florida this winter compared to last year.
Providence is a little foodie hub with great scenery, bakeries, ample local history, and the perfect level of autumnal joy. You can book flights directly on the airline’s website.

In addition to the new Providence route, JetBlue will also double its daily service to Cancun from TPA, beginning on the same date. This expansion marks a significant development for Tampa Bay travelers, offering more options for those heading north to New England or south to the sunny shores of Mexico.
JetBlue’s increased services are expected to provide enhanced convenience and flexibility for travelers, reflecting the airline’s commitment to meeting growing demand in key markets.
TPA also has some major plans in the works for its own facility. Learn more about the future Airside D here.
