Heights Fall Fest is the autumnal experience Tampa needs

Fall in Florida is a lot like summer in Florida. Summer in Florida is a lot like spring in Florida. Winter lasts for about one week before returning to a steady summer heat. Just because the sun is shining bright doesn’t mean we can’t get our autumn on.

Armature Works will host a fall festival this October complete with a pumpkin patch and face painting for the kids. The event will also feature a food drive benefitting Metropolitan Ministries.

The festival will feature live music from local favorites Connor Zwetsch and J.T. Brown on Saturday, October 13 as well as Matt Belinna on Sunday. October 14.

81Bay Brewing will be on providing their revered brews fro adults in the crowd. There will ample interactive games as well for families to enjoy.

The festival begins at 11am and runs until 8pm on Saturday, and begins at 11am and runs until 6pm on Sunday. You can always indulge your craving for fall flavors at the many restaurants in Heights Public Market.

Can’t get enough pumpkins? Hyde Park Village will open its pumpkin patch on October 10 — and it will be open through October 31.
