Happy Holidays: Tampa Theatre releases Holiday Classics film lineup

Okay, Halloween has only just ended, but we’re already feeling the holiday spirit. That’s thanks in large part to Tampa Theatre, which has already released its lineup of classic holiday films that will return to the big screen this November and December.

Tickets to the films are $10 for general admission online and $8 for Tampa Theatre members.

Sunday, November 25

Miracle on 34th Street

When a nice old man who claims to be Santa Claus is institutionalized as insane, a young lawyer decides to defend him by arguing in court that he is the real thing.

Sunday, December 9

Elf

After inadvertently wreaking havoc on the elf community due to his ungainly size, a man raised as an elf at the North Pole is sent to the U.S. in search of his true identity.

The screening begins at 3pm.

 

Friday, December 14

It’s a Wonderful Life

An angel is sent from Heaven to help a desperately frustrated businessman by showing him what life would have been like if he had never existed.

There will be eight screenings of this film beginning on Friday, December 14 and running through Thursday, December 20. Click here for showtimes.

 

Sunday, December 23

White Christmas

A successful song-and-dance team become romantically involved with a sister act and team up to save the failing Vermont inn of their former commanding general.

The screening begins at 3pm.
