Whether you’re vegan for the animals, environment, health, or you’re just looking to try something new Green House Modern Vegan Kitchen is sure to please. Green House Modern Vegan Kitchen will be opening its doors at 6402 N. Florida Ave. in late August 2018.
Owner and chef Brett Wright says “Green House will be the hub of modern creative vegan food in Tampa and we are working hard to get it ready.”
Although a menu has not yet been released publicly, it is clear from Wright’s mouth-watering Instagram feed that the vegan dishes he creates are no joke. His dishes include spring/summer gazpacho, vegan scallops, and we can’t forget to mention the cashew herb ricotta tortellini with white wine butter sauce and sauteed crimini mushroom scallions; all vegan of course!
