The heat of the summer has us dreaming of crisp fall days. We’re just about 4 weeks out from the official start of the fall season, and there are tons of great festivals to help celebrate season.

Fall Family Fest at Water Works Park
September 23

This year’s event will feature local businesses and family resources providing interactive exhibits for our guests, giveaways, swag bags and more! Plus great food, entertainment makes this a great way to spend the day. Admission for all guests is free. This super fun event is organized by Tampa Bay Moms Group.

Oktoberfest Tampa
October 13-15

For 3 full days, Tampa’s downtown Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park will be transformed into the city’s largest, waterfront beer garden. Soak in the sprawling downtown views and beautiful sunsets as the park buzzes with live music, dancing, alphorns, dirndls, lederhosen – and of course, beer

Armature Works Fall Fest
October 14-15; October 21-22

Spectacular riverfront pumpkin patch and festive autumn treats will give you all the fall feels, even if the 80-degree Florida weather doesn’t. One of Armature’s largest events of the year, Fall Fest now spans two weekends in October, featuring live music performances, a food drive benefiting Metropolitan Ministries and activities for the whole family. Keep your plaid skirts and pumpkin spice lattes on deck, and stand by for details about this year’s Fall Fest.

19th Annual Wesley Chapel Fall Festival
October 28 & 29

Admission is $7-$10

Enjoy a huge pumpkin patch, multiple local food and drink vendors, multiple stages for music, games and prizes and more. There will also be a trunk or treat experience on Sunday, October 29.

Honeymoon Island
October 21 & 22

Free with admission to Honeymoon Island State Park

This event will feature food trucks, local vendors, outdoor recreation exhibitors, arts and crafts tents, and more.

Tampa’s Arts and Crafts Festival
October 29 & 29
11am-5pm; 11am-4pm
1000 E Harrison Street

Immerse yourself in a fusion of Floridas Artist, fine handmade crafters, chef inspired food trucks, booths and so much more. Festivities will include a pop up art park, a full makers sections, and activities for younger attendees.

7th Annual Riverwalk Trick or Treat
October 28
4pm-7pm
Bag pick up at MacDill Park, 100 N Ashley Dr

This is a FREE community event!  Children in costume and their families are invited to come and trick or treat along the Riverwalk as well as enjoy fun activities.  Riverwalk organizers will have over 50 treat stations participating along the Riverwalk from Water Works Park to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. At the conclusion of the event, the community is invited to stick around and watch a movie on the big screen in Curtis Hixon Park.

Hyde Park Village Pumpkin Patch
Typically begins October 1, with activities happening on weekends

This is an annual event that takes over the village circle in Hyde Park. There are plenty of photo ops at the Hyde Park Pumpkin Patch, with family-friendly activations on the weekend. Follow Hyde Park Village on Facebook for the official event announcement.
