In just under a month, the Gilmore Girls revival will launch on the popular streaming platform Netflix. To help drum up some buzz for the show, famous for its referential humor, Sorkinesque dialogue and copious coffee consumption, Netflix is turning coffee shops across the country into Luke’s Diner.
On October 5 — which also happens to be the 16th anniversary of the show’s original air date, three spots in Tampa will join in on the fun and serve FREE coffee: The Bling Tiger (Seminole Heights and Ybor) and The Lab.

The special will run from 7am to noon on Wednesday. Fans of the show will get to enjoy a brief immersion in Stars Hollow as the local spots will be adorned in decorations reflecting the diner from the show.
