Get a bird’s eye view of Tampa’s tallest tower, Riverwalk Place

Tampa, your love is lifting us higher than we’ve ever been for. Seriously, the latest promotional video for Riverwalk Place, slated to be the tallest high rise on the west coast of Florida, takes you to the top of the development that soars more than 50 stories in the air.

The view is remarkable.

As the name suggests, Riverwalk Place will put future residents right on the Tampa Riverwalk. You can imagine the views will be incredible. The access to the top restaurants, bars and event venues downtown are exceptionally clutch.

Swim high above the Hillsborough River

What has us truly buzzing about this concept? The Sky Club. Private elevators will open up to the Sky Lobby. Concierges will guide residents to a private health club with locker rooms, saunas and steam rooms, private massage treatment rooms, and an indoor-outdoor pool, spa, and sun terrace suspended above the river. Color us jealous of anyone who lands an apartment here.

Residents will enjoy 24/7 concierge service, an outdoor summer kitchen and staging area, conference space, a yoga studio, a designated dog walking area and a city-view owner’s lounge with a full coffee bar. It’s literally the height of luxury.

Developers recently put the kibosh on office space opting instead to open up the concept for more residences.

Residents will enjoy private rooftop terraces

Those lucky enough to score a penthouse will enjoy their own private rooftop terrace, European-style ItalKraft cabinetry in kitchen and baths, private elevators, three parking spaces, quartz countertops and Sub-Zero and Wolf stainless steel appliances.

The mastermind behind the lush interiors of Riverwalk Place is tastemaker Thom Filica, known for his role as an interior design expert on the original Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
