Tampa International Airport continues to be one of the greatest hubs for international travel in the country. Frontier Airlines and TPA officials just announced 4 new nonstop routes to some of the best destinations in the world. These routes include: San Juan, Puerto Rico; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Montego Bay, Jamaica; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Frontier Airlines is one of the greenest airlines in the country. Supervisors have worked hard to cut down on emissions with its fleet of planes. The low budget airline has rapidly expanded its base in the Tampa Bay region, and is regarded as the second fastest growing airline in the country.

Frontier preps for major growth in Tampa Bay region
Earlier in February, Frontier announced a definitive merger with fellow low cost airline Spirit. Together, Frontier and Spirit expect to change the industry for the benefit of consumers, bringing more ultra-low fares to more travelers in more destinations across the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, including major cities as well as underserved communities.
This is just one aspect of Frontier’s substantial growth. Ultra-low fare carrier Frontier Airlines announced a major expansion of service, adding 27 nonstop routes, including new destinations Guadalajara and Monterrey, Mexico. The airline is also significantly growing its service from Philadelphia and Raleigh-Durham. To celebrate, Frontier is offering fares as low as $29.*
